GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past nine years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. GivingTuesday will be taking place on Tuesday, November 29th and is the opening day of the “giving season”.

GivingTuesday is an opportunity for people around the world to come together to thank, help, give, show kindness, and share what they have with those in need.

This year, our GivingTuesday Campaign will be raising funds for our hospice palliative care programs and services provided by Margaret Bahen Hospice and Doane House Hospice. The holiday season can be a very challenging time for hospice residents, caregivers, and loved ones but you can make an impact on the lives of our hospice families.

Staff that make a donation of $20 or more will be entered into a raffle contest to win a $20 Hurst Bakery gift card, a shoe bag, and an awesome lantern! We will be raffling off three baskets and the draw will take place on November 30th.

DONATE NOW, and every gift will go straight towards helping hospice services users.

We invite you to consider becoming a monthly donor to help provide the needed support for our hospice residents and their families all year round.
